Private house designed in one floor with support areas in second. The central garden opens to the southeast and structures the rest of the spaces with views and ventilation. The doble height area of the dining and living room gives spaciousness and separates the social areas from the private ones. The service area and a third multipurpose room are placed in second floor and have access to a big terrace.
