Architectural executive design and construction for this new flexible space for collective work, conferences, workshops, etc. inside APIMEX facilities southeast Leon. This new 500sqm building have a double height with mezzanine for two private offices. Service bathrooms and cold snacks bar will serve all the spaces. A 130sqm terrace with covered space will bring flexibility for simultaneous events. The closed volume of first floor floats over the ground floor more open and transparent. Metallic structure with light concrete bricks close the spaces. Plaster striped brown finishing in the terrace and mezzanine walls contrast with the rest of the building. A triangular false ceiling and yellow lines on the floors give movement and warmth to the internal space.
