Architectural and executive design

Architectural design and executive project for a 5 story apartment building located north Leon. Over two plots of 250sqm each we design 11 apartments with 4 typologies and one roofgarden with several amenities. At ground floor we have the parking area with doble height for vehicle lifts. Two independent elevators bring direct access to each apartment. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms and one penthouse with 4 bedrooms. At the rooftop there is a generous terrace with bar service, coworking space and gym. The front apartments count with large balconies to enjoy the views. The materials selected aim for ceramic neutral and dark colors for common areas blended with wood and warm ceramic colors for private spaces.
