Location: León, Guanajuato, México.
Year: 2024
Architectural design and exectutive project for the renewal of the main facade of APIMEX located southeast León. The design creates a new doble height frame which gives urban presence and unify materials and colors with the internal renovations (working lab and parking space). Three mullions with fluted brown finishing modulate the space and block the solar heat. An intermediate slate gives scale to the entrance and strengthend the structure.
