Year: 2021
Conceptual design for a small community center southwest Leon inside an industrial area. This new building is part of the strategic program of 2nd District done by our studio for IMPLAN (Municipal Planning Institute). The proposal places the main building of workshops and goverment office towards the northeast limit with an open pergola as main entrance and sun protection. In front of it we leave a multipurpose plaza and commercial spaces as well. We also propose to make a generous sidewalk to locate more food stands to serve all the workers of the area.
