Urban study for the Municipal Planning Institute IMPLAN Leon to generate an update management plan for the historical city with 923has extension, which includes not only the historical City Center but also the historical neighborhoods of Barrio Arriba, Coecillo, San Juan de Dios and San Miguel. Throughout a sistemic urban planning method which includes multidisciplinar aproach of social, heritage, urban, environmental, economic and real state aspects we look forward to have a precise layout of the problems and their posible solutions as well. Part of the results of this plan is to demarcate specific intervention areas along with great impact projects that can trigger many other private and public projects to improve gradually this historical and abandoned areas, in the seach for better life conditions of this important area that could be called the heart of Leon.
