Urban design for a new residential complex located near de airport in the municipality of Silao, Guanajuato. The plot has 34has plus 6has for future expansion. A central and curved main street structure all the complex, allowing the different access to the housing clusters, all of them have green areas or existing trees as well as a club house. The donation and commercial area is located at the front. Because of a high tension electricity line a linear park is desinged below open to all the residents and visitors.
