Year: 2017
Urban design for a new housing development of 28has near Comanjilla Hotel and thermal baths. The design looks to respect and incorpore the two existing water streams with two open linear parks. At the main access the commercial and public equipment area are placed as well as the area for a new hotel. All the roads are traced with soft curves following the topography. The average plot is 1,000 sqm and look for small and light constructions such as cabins of 2 or 3 bedrooms.
