Architectural and executive design
Location: León, Guanajuato.
Year: 2024
Architectural design and executive project for this new nursery school located besides VILP industrial park south León. The design of this first proposal creates a central patio from which all spaces are organized arround it. To the west are the parking and main access as well as the administration and dining hall. To the south and east the 4 rooms with internal bathroom units for the several child ages. We try to create a colorful and pleasant atmosphere with low maintenance materials and preserve the existing vegetation.
