Conceptual project for a new community center close to La Cima public park at northwest Leon. This facility is part of the strategic program of the 2nd District designed by our studio for the IMPLAN Leon (Municipal Planning Institute). The proposal takes the hole plot and leaves a central open plaza as the main entrance to the three uses. Nursery, Workshops and goverment offices. This last one is placed inside a semiopen doble height space surrounded with columns which form a perimetral covered path. The nursery also has a private playground. All the center can by built in stages according the resourses.
